As a professional trombonist, Tanner got his start in the Glenn Miller Orchestra. The theremin first caught his attention as he witnessed a studio player fighting to control the pitch and keep his parts in tune. Oh how I long for this album in vinyl format! Such smoothness. Such warmth. Such execution. This music begs to be taken along and woven into memories.
